West Green House Gardens are enchanting , even in winter. The Alice in Wonderland topiary garden, complete with box chess board and topiary box characters from Alice in Wonderland, stand proud in the snow, ready to 'paint the roses red'.Other topiary around the garden is outlined in snow, whilst the lake has largely frozen, but makes a great landing pad for the resident swans.
Indoors, garden owner Marylyn Abbot continues the Alice in Wonderland theme, her Christmas Tree decorated with delightful vintage fabric characters from the story, which Marylyn has collected over the years.
