Linen has long been grown in the rolling fields of Normandy, awash with blue flowers for a short time in July. Linen is still grown, harvested and processed here, but is shipped abroad for weaving and manufactured for home furnishings and clothing. However its legacy lives on,the area is rich in vintage finds, stunning embroidered linen sheets and tablecloths, drapes, napkins, cushions and lots more can be found in the traditional brocante markets and shops of the region. There are many local collectors and specialists so you will be sure to find something you love.
